Your Death, Your Way - Held Heard And Honoured

Holistic, non-medical end-of-life support with Cara Biagi, death doula and experienced palliative nurse

Here to help you live fully and die prepared.

It is my privilege to introduce myself to you. My name is Cara.

I am deeply honoured by your consideration to embark on this journey with me in holding space and honouring endings.

I believe everyone deserves choice in how they die and that dying is not a medical event but a profoundly human experience—one that deserves thoughtful planning, compassionate support and personalised care.

I support people in facilitating how they choose to live alongside a life limiting illness, where they choose to die and who is by their side when death occurs.

These decisions are deeply personal and I am here to stand beside you, advocate your choices and support you without judgment.

I provide emotional and practical support not only to the person who is dying but also to those walking alongside them - as their needs, grief and wellbeing matter too.

This is deeply personal territory and every person deserves to be heard, respected and supported—whatever their choice.

Thankyou for your trust and openness in welcoming me into this deeply personal process.

What is a death doula?

Not sure what a death doula is? You're not alone.

A death doula supports a dying person and their loved ones in a deeply personal and holistic way - before, during and after death.

We work alongside medical teams, focusing on presence rather than clinical intervention - offering grounded, continuing human support during a time that can feel overwhelming or isolating.

My story

Death doulas work in an incredibly personal space.

Naturally, you might want to know more about who I am, what I believe and how I came to this work.

Whether you're healthy, unwell or simply curious- it's ok to talk about death. It doesn't invite it in. It invites us to live more fully and with intention.
